What’s On

The season is in full swing, and along with plenty of activity at Queensie Beach, we have had our competitors on the road and achieving some amazing results.  Last weekend the Boats travelled to North Cronulla for Round 3 of the Sydney Series.   Results were 2nd Junior Boys, 3rd Women’s Reserve and 3rd Men’s Reserve.   Further along the sand at Wanda, Aly Rounsley and Guy Ormond were competing in the Opens division for the first time.   Amazingly both made the final of the Open Beach Sprint.   On the Sunday, they teamed up in the Mixed Relay and came 5th in the final.   Brilliant results all round.

The next few weeks are set to be very busy both on the beach and at the Club.

Saturday night will see live music at the Club, including our very own Triple Shot, from 7pm-10.30pm.   Tickets need to be purchased via the link on the website.

Sunday Nippers (all ages) will start at 11am this week for the final Sunday of the year. At 12.30, there is a rumor that we could be getting a visit from the man in the red coat.   Keep a lookout.   Photo opportunities afterwards.

Sunday 11am Club Swim – All members welcome

A new surfboat will be officially launched at 1pm out the front of the club with our amazing sponsor, Community First Bank.

Christmas festivities will continue with the Club Christmas party at 3pm with live music upstairs from Chloe Tyrell.
