As you may recall our AGM meeting was held electronically due to COVID-19 restrictions. This meant that the Life Membership and Distinguished Service Awards honouring those members who have made significant contribution to the club were postponed for a later time.
In these restricted times, due to COVID-19, we are limited in the number of people who can attend if you wish to attend please register please click here
In order to comply with the required quorum we will require 60 votes of eligible voting members to satisfy the Constitution of 10% of eligible voting members. If you know a member who is attending, please click here to register a Proxy vote.
