Surfboats are an iconic piece of Australian history. Starting out as a crucial piece of Surf Lifesaving equipment over 100 years ago, they have since become a spectacular sporting event with racing taking place all around Australia’s coast.
Queenscliff has a proud history of Surfboat racing winning several Australian Titles over the years, the last being an U19 men’s title in 2018. The club is also very fortunate to be supported by the Community First Credit Union who have helped us build a very impressive fleet of boats for our members to train and race in.
