Nipper Carnival Entry Form – All Carnivals 24/25 Season.

Please complete this form at your earliest convenience this will help coaches and age managers with planning for each carnival and team selections.

Please note the entry close dates listed below per carnival.

These are Queensie’s Entry Close dates which are earlier than Branch Close Dates so we can organise teams, officials etc.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All entries must come via this form. Do not email Competition Managers directly.

Parents will be required to reimburse the Club for entry fees in the case of non-attendance or withdrawal from a Carnival. Please consider your team mates & relay teams which are decided prior to carnivals.

Carnival Entry Form Season 24/25.

The following form is for the Carnival Season 2024/2025 for Nippers U9-U14. Please select the carnival/s your Nipper would like to attend below. We also require parents to help out with either Water Safety or Official duties - please note your available dates for 3 carnivals in the box provided below.

    We require parents to be either Accredited Officials as of 14/11/24 or Bronze Medallion Holders as of 31/10/24. Lead Age Managers and Head Coaches only exempt.
    IF NOT CHECKED nipper cannot be registered for carnival.
  • ie. Surf swim, Boards, Flags, Long runs, Sprints. Team events. Relay teams.
  • Parents please note your availability for 3 sessions of either Water Safety or Officials across the season. Note the Carnival and Date.
