Please complete this form at your earliest convenience this will help coaches and age managers with planning for each carnival and team selections.

Please note the entry close dates listed below per carnival.

These are Queensie’s Entry Close dates which are earlier than Branch Close Dates so we can organise teams, officials etc.

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All entries must come via this form. Do not email Competition Managers directly.

BRANCH BEACH Carnival TBC – Sunday 9th February – Newport – ENTRIES CLOSED.
BRANCH WATER Carnival TBC – Sunday 16th February – Newport – ENTRIES CLOSED.
STATE Age Championships BEACH & WATER – Thurs 6th March – Sun 9th March Queenscliff SLSC – ENTRIES CLOSED.
AUSSIES U13 & U14s – Gold Coast – Sat 29th-Sun 30th March

Parents will be required to reimburse the Club for entry fees in the case of non-attendance or withdrawal from a Carnival. Please consider your team mates & relay teams which are decided prior to carnivals.

We also require parents to help out with either Water Safety or Official duties - please note your available dates for 3 carnivals in the box provided below.

- I have either current officials or bronze qualification
- I agree to act as an official and will complete officials qualification
We require parents to be either Accredited Officials as of 14/11/24 or Bronze Medallion Holders as of 31/10/24. Lead Age Managers and Head Coaches only exempt.
